What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to create and operate a memorial: account information (email, name), memorial content you author (biographical details, photos, videos), and payment information processed by our payment provider Stripe.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, place third-party advertising on memorial pages, or share personal information with any party outside the operation of the service. We do not train AI models on memorial content.
Public memorial pages
Public memorial pages display only the content the administrator chooses to publish. Email addresses, payment information, and account credentials are never displayed publicly.
Data retention
Memorial data is preserved indefinitely. If you wish to permanently delete a memorial, the primary administrator can request deletion in writing and we will action it within 30 days.
